It is a culture actively involved in supporting the ethical growth and development of its members.

This book defines and clarifies the ethics of human development while also providing the tools and processes integral to building ethical organizational cultures. Hopefully, it can be of use to individuals, teachers, trainers and human resource personnel interested in providing ethics of human development training in their organizations and classrooms.
