Synopsis
"Oliver: The True Story of a Pup With Three Legs and a Heart of Gold" is the delightful real-life tale of a young stray pup who didn't have a family to call his own.
Follow Oliver's adventure as he is rescued from the streets of Armenia by a kind-hearted animal lover who hatches a plan to send the young pup to the United States, where he is nursed back to health by a group of committed dog rescuers. Oliver feels he doesn't have a place to belong and worries that his physical imperfection will prevent him from finding a loving family; but that all changes when he meets a caring mother and daughter who will change his life forever.
Oliver's story will inspire young readers to treat all animals with kindness and compassion, and remind us that everyone is perfect in their own unique and brilliant way. A portion of proceeds from this book benefits Mutts in Need, the dog rescue organization which saved Oliver's life.
