About the Author
Educators Bena Kallick and Ross Brewer are leaders in assessment reform. Both have worked with schools, districts, and state education departments to develop authentic assessments for students. They are the founders of a company called EXEMPLARS, which provides elementary school teachers with math assessment problems that are classroom-tested and linked to the NCTM Standards.
