Synopsis
Who's afraid of the big, bad bully?
Val's little brother Teddy is not afraid of anything. That's why Sparky, the new class bully, is picking on him. Val wants to help Teddy fight his battles, but Teddy won't say one word about Sparky - not one word.
Then Val gets an emergency call at Animal Inn. "My pet cat is sick," a scared little voice says. "Come quick!"
When Doc and Val answer the call, they find a cat that's close to dying. Then Val asks the name of the pet and his owner, and she gets one big surprise. Could this worried little kid really be Sparky, the Third-Grade Terror? And how can Val make Teddy see that inside every bully, there's a lonely kid trying to make a friend?
