Kindergarten-Grade 4-- Nims's 14 riddle poems team up with Ancona's sharp, full-color photography to form this turn-the-page-to-find-the-answer book. Subjects include an escalator, a pair of scissors, an eraser, a shadow, and other familiar objects. Both the poetry and photography are uneven in quality, and the layout is somewhat garish.
