About the Author
BARBARA REID's work is instantly recognizable. While she enjoys writing her own stories, she confesses that she loves making pictures best of all. Her three-dimensional Plasticine illustrations are wholly original and widely popular with readers, and with the awards circuit. She has won the Governor General, Ruth Schwartz, and UNICEF International Awards, among others. She lives in Toronto, Ontario.
