About the Author
Anna Dewdney falleció de cáncer en septiembre de 2016, a los 50 años. Maestra, madre y firme partidaria de leer en voz alta a los niños. Como artista y escritora se esforzaba constantemente por perfeccionar su arte, publicando su primer libro de Llama Llama en 2005. Su pasión por la creación trascendió hasta el ámbito del hogar y el trabajo de jardinería, dedicándose a restaurar una antigua granja del siglo XVIII en Vermont. Allí escribió, pintó, se dedicó a la jardinería y vivió en compañía de su pareja, Reed, sus dos hijas y sus tres perros. Fue un alma generosa, maravillosa y de gran sabiduría a la que todos echarán de menos, y cuyo espíritu seguirá viviendo a través de sus libros.
