About the Author
Annie Grace is the author of This Naked Mind, The Alcohol Experiment, and This Naked Mind: Nicotine as well as the founder of the This Naked Mind online community and the This Naked Mind companion app. Grace lives happily alcohol-free with her husband and three children in the Colorado mountains.
William Porter is the author of Alcohol Explained, Diet and Fitness Explained, and Nicotine Explained. He lives with his wife and two children in West London, where he works as a lawyer.
