About the Author:
Acharya Kedar is the spiritual head of Spanda Yoga Meditation and the author of its curriculum of study. He is a Siddha Meditation Master in the lineage of the Masters of the Siddha Path and Trika Shaivism. A Siddha is a perfected yogi who has attained, through spiritual practice, the highest state and become one with the Absolute, one with God. Acharya means great teacher.
