About the Author
M. R. Franks is a law professor at Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, formerly at l'Université de Cergy-Pontoise, Paris. He has been a member of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada since 1957. His interest in quantum cosmology dates from childhood. A licensed airline pilot, Professor Franks hoplds Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees fromn the University of Memphis.
