About the Author
Received her B.S. from Pratt Institute, her M.P.H. from Tulane University and her Ph.D. from Cornell University. She is a registered dietitian (RD) and a licensed dietitian/nutritionist (LDN), and a member of the American Dietetic Association and the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. She currently lives in New Orleans.
