About the Author
Attorney David Tollen specializes in information technology contracts and is a frequent speaker on IT law. He has served as general counsel of a publicly traded software company, as an executive with an IT startup, and as a lawyer in a Silicon Valley practice. He has degrees from Harvard Law School, Cambridge University, and U.C. Berkeley.
