About the Author

Paul S. Spitale holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Eastern Michigan University and a master's in business administration from Rivier College. Additionally, he completed Columbia University's Senior Executive Program in 2004, which is a selective senior executive management program hosted by Columbia's Graduate Business School. He has worked for more than twenty-five years in the consumer electronics industry and currently serves as a senior vice president for Sony Electronics. He and his wife Christine have three children.
