About the Author:
While still in college Richard de Combray became involved in show business and eventually went to California for a small role in "Tender is the Night". However, all this changed when, living in Venice, he altered his sights. Perhaps it was the solitude of being continually surrounded by water that drove him to begin writing and photographing his first book.
