Synopsis

Social and citizenship responsbilities include both voluntary and mandatory commitments to society, and retirement incentives, including marrying across ethnic lines and family planning, encourage social order and the well-being of our civilization. Provocative yes, but they're mild compared to the gay marriage solution.
