Mr. Chechile also gives rule-of-thumb guidelines to prevent investors from going broke while pursuing new issue investments, and makes recommendations for tactical maneuvers investors must make once their new issue, especially an initial public offering, starts trading in the marketplace.

About the Author
Following twenty-eight years in technology development, author Robert Anthony Chechile made a mid-life career change to become a stockbroker for a West Coast, regional securities underwriter. He has also instructed individuals who desire to become stockbrokers. Mr. Chechile is now retired and lives in a desert area of Southern California.
