About the Author
Kate Virginia worked in the health care field for more than forty years and holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in health services administration. Instrumental in preventing domestic violence in her workplace, she has received numerous awards and recognition. She lives in the Sierra Nevada foothills with her husband of twenty-five years.
