CHICKEN CORDON BLEU PIZZA
Prep Time: 15 minutes (Ready in 40 minutes)
Yield: 4 servings
1 (10-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1/3 cup purchased garlic ranch salad dressing
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded smoked provolone cheese
4 oz. refrigerated roasted chicken breast strips
2 oz. sliced cooked Canadian bacon, halved
2 tablespoons cooked real bacon pieces or imitation bacon bits
4 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup chopped tomato
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan.
2. Spread salad dressing over crust. Sprinkle with provolone cheese. Top with chicken, Canadian bacon, green onions, tomato and mozzarella cheese.
3. Bake at 425 degrees Farenheit for 18 to 22 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown.
doughboy tip: Thinly sliced ham can be substituted for the Canadian bacon, and regular provolone or Swiss cheese can be used instead of teh smoked provolone. If you have an extra cooked chicken breast in the refrigerator, cut it into strips and use it instead of the purchased chicken breast strips.
