Joan Lunden, familiar to all as a cohost of Good Morning America and author of Joan Lunden's Healthy Cooking, shares her lessons about feeling great in a stressed-out world. Joan Lunden, one of the most well-known women in the country, is the longest-running co-host on early morning television. She joined Good Morning America in the fall of 1976 as a reporter and became a co-host in August, 1980. She is the author of four other books, and the mother of three daughters.
Laura Morton, owner of Golden Advantage Communications, is a television and commercial producer and co-author of Joan Lunden's Healthy Cooking. She lives in New York City.
