Gr 3-5-License Plates is unique by virtue of the fact that it presents photographs of three or four historical and modern plates for each state. The state motto and a brief narrative describing a few interesting facts about the plates are also included. Facts details basic information such as nicknames, date of statehood, ranking by size and population, number of counties, and bordering states as well as colorful topographic maps.
