About the Author:

Bharat J. Gajjar has been teaching yoga and giving seminars on yoga, meditation and marriage for forty years. He has been given credit for bringing yoga to Delaare. He has a television show on yoga and he worked for DuPont De Nemours research, attaining twenty patents. He was also a professor at Philadelphia University.
