About the Author

Growing up in the Mid-West Streeter McClure couldn't be found anywhere near the kitchen. Instead, this charismatic young man was chasing the girls, riding his dirtbike and sneaking pulls from his Dad's Coors(R). It wasn't until college at the University of Oklahoma (OU) that Streeter learned when the cash flow is limited adding a beer to chili can stretch the recipe, as well as enhance the flavor. Streeter was introduced to the art of making beer while working at Coaches Micro Brewery in Norman, OK. World famous Brew Master, Brian Smittle taught Streeter how to properly combine water, barley and hops. After a whilwind 5 year college career, Streeter graduated from OU with a bachelor's degree in business. Following stints as a bartender, ski instructor and US Senate intern, Streeter found himself in Denver, CO starting his own company desiging and fabricating safes. A man about town, this young entrepreneur is as comfortable in the boardroom as he is at the bar.
