About the Author:

Andrea White is an attorney, author, education activist, good friend, mother of three, almost lifelong Texan, and the First Lady of Houston. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Texas, she attended the University of Texas Law School and went on to become one of the first female partners at the firm now known as Locke Lord Bissell and Liddell. She has published three books for teens: Surviving Antarctica, Window Boy, and Radiant Girl.
