Unlike the many published Lean Six Sigma memory-jogger-tools-application books, this reference not only explains tool applications but also links the methodologies within a detailed Lean Six Sigma Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) project execution roadmap. Described also is a business-system-methodology for project selection so that the enterprise as a whole benefits from process improvement efforts. Tabs are used to partition the book into each of the DMAIC phase steps.
