Rodney Hatch is Dr. Edward Maynard's great-great-great grandson. In the spring of 1997 he found copies of Dr. Maynard's letters from 1845 in his Father's garage in upstate New York. He received his BA in political science from Williams College and he received his M.B.A. in finance from Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration in New York City.
