Synopsis
The poems within this collection were composed on the subject of love, relationships and romance. They reflect my different aspects and feelings. Some describe the wonders one feels for that special individual they hold dear. A few poems reflect heart break and questioning feelings within. Many have been written for Valentine's Day..

About the Author
Scottie-ann Murphy grew up in Illinois but lived most of her life in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. In 2003 she and her husband, Murph, moved from Harveys Lake, Pennsylvania to Winter Haven, Florida. Scottie-ann holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from King’s College. She is a Vietnam Era Veteran who served in the Army. She is the author of Just Words (A Collection of Poems) and A Celebration of Words. She has been working on a collection of flash fiction stories from writing prompts and is planning a book centered on Christmas. CONTRIBUTOR: Murph (James “Jimmy” Murphy) was born and raised in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. He is a Vietnam Era Veteran who served in the Navy; a graduate of Meyers High School, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Murph retired from Local 669 Sprinkler Fitters Union. He contributed poems to A Celebration of Words and wanted to add a few poems to this collection. He writes poetry as a hobby when the mood strikes. Most of his poems come from his feelings at the time they are created. Murph is a father of three, grandfather of seven and great-grandfather of one. He enjoys reading the Jean Auel books, westerns and sci-fi.
