This exciting new edition focuses on ECMAScript Edition 3, which is compatible with both Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (and later) and Netscape 6.0 (and later). This text discusses the Document Object Model (DOM) specification published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
