About the Author
Rocky Conrad received his BS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University in Commerce (formerly East Texas State University) and has been a faculty member at San Antonio College in San Antonio, Texas, since 1984. He received his MA from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1987. Professor Conrad has been developing and teaching Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Developer, Designer, and Portal courses at SAC since 1996. In 2003 he was recognized by Oracle Corporation as an Oracle Certified Professional Internet Application Developer.
