The best definition of a leader may be a person who effects positive change. You know many honorable people, but they are not all leaders. You also know or know about many so-called ?leaders.? They are not all honorable people. Depending on the circumstances, a given leader might be called upon to bridge the old and the new, the past and the future, the young and the old, the internal customer with the external customer, the product with the consumer, the corporation with the community, and so on.
