The Second Edition is a major revision and takes into account a substantial number of new legal cases and relevant legislation, including the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, the Arbitration Act 1996 and the CDM Regulations.
The book is based on the 1998 edition of the Intermediate Form and includes the substantial number of amendments issued by the JCT since the form was first published in 1984.
