About the Author

Henry Brown RIBA, MRTPI, DipArch, Cert AA (UD) is a Consultant Architect Planner.

Adrian Salt DipArch, DipTP, FRSA, FRTPI, principal author, was an Associate Director of RMJM and now acts as Consultant to RMJM.
