The Conservation Handbook is a practical guide describing precisely what conservationists should do. It is not a textbook but, like the author's edited books on habitat management and census techniques, it will be of use to undergraduate students as well as to conservation professionals.
About the Author
William J Sutherland is the Miriam Rothschild Professor of Conservation Biology at the University of Cambridge. He is currently the President of the British Ecological Society. He is also a Fellow of St Catharine's College, Cambridge since 2008.
