About the Author
DAVID K. SAKHEIM has served on the adjunct faculties of Tufts University, Antioch College and Union College, and is in private practice in both South Windsor, Connecticut, and Springfield, Massachusetts. SUSAN E. DEVINE received her training from Yale University School of Nursing and is a consultant for the New Haven Court Clinic and the Yale Law and Psychiatry Program.
