The American Cancer Society's first cookbook provides more than 200 recipes based on its recently released dietary guidelines. Analysis of calories, fat, fiber, vitamins, etc., is provided with each recipe, but this is not "diet" food: Orange-Ginger Chicken with Leeks and Apricot Clafouti are among the flavorful, contemporary, internationally inspired dishes.
