Lee, whose column appears in Forbes magazine, has also been an economics columnist for Business Week and Vogue. In this volume she provides a dictionary of some of the most important (and occasionally mystifying) terms in economics. Each entry includes a basic description as well as an explanation of the relevance of the term. The terms are extensively cross-listed so that the reader can follow the implications of these ideas. Lee has the ability to make economics comprehensible and relevant. She writes with many a well-turned phrase and a slightly irreverent attitude.
