About the Author

Sanjiv Guha has 15 years experience in managing and developing financial and banking applications on various hardware platforms including MVS, VAX 3400 and RISC6000. He specializes in C++, C and COBOL applications on UNIX and Windows 95. His current assignment is developing and maintaining a financial application on RISC6000 AIX system using C, COBOL and AIX. This also includes extensive use of Korn Shell scripts. Sanjiv holds Master Of Technology Degree from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India. He is a contributing author to Unix Unleashed, System Administration Edition and Using UNIX.
