David B. Bostwick, M.D., is a pathologist and professor at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Gregory T. MacLennan practiced urology for eleven years and is currently Assistant Professor of Pathology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
