It presents 150 well-illustrated cases, drawn from teaching files in major medical centers, that cover all common chest diseases and current imaging modalities. Cases are presented as unknowns in a consistent format-images and a brief clinical history are followed by relevant findings, differential diagnosis, final diagnosis, and a discussion. This format enables readers to hone their diagnostic reasoning skills and answer exam questions with confidence. Cases are grouped according to pattern of radiographic appearance.
