Unlike other "system" promoters, Quirin discusses numerous and varied factors that can affect the outcome of a horse race: so many, in fact, that the weekend or casual fan will become lost amid the complex manipulations required to select a bettable horse. This book must be studied, not just read, in conjunction with his other books by the serious bettor. Recommended for libraries with at least one of the earlier titles.
