Grade 3 Up To most of us, jump roping is merely child's play. Not so in this complete course in the art of jump roping. From the excellent introduction, emphasizing proper footwear, warm ups, and correct length of rope, the book jumps its way from simple through complex routines. An exemplary touch is the constant reminder about the importance of warming up and cooling down. More than 70 routines are discussed, ranging from Shoulder Shrug to Double Under with a Sideswing Cross. The graphicsoutlines with red and black printadd a perfect touch to the explanations that are direct and easy to follow.
