Grade 2-4?It's Halloween and the Pig family has eaten all the candy before the guests arrive. They all go off to the market where Mrs. Pig, the millionth customer, wins a five-minute shopping spree. She stocks up on plenty of candy, only to have the family eat it all before they get home. There's lots of good fun here while practicing the math skills of price and quantity. Watercolor, ink, and acrylic illustrations add to the zaniness of pigs dressed in costumes unable to resist the temptations of sweet treats.
