Aisha Densmore-Bey has benefited from over a decade of teaching art, design, and architecture to students ages 5-65. Always the creative type, Aisha wrote, produced, and directed the architectural film short The Built Perception: Boston in 2011. In addition, she is a recipient of the 2012 American Institute of Architects Associates Award, and has been featured in Architect Magazine, ArchDaily, Design Bureau, Apartment Therapy, and the Lifework Blog of the iconic furniture company, Herman Miller. In early 2014, Aisha created Future Prep 101: How to Prepare Teens for Design Careers(TM), a half-day seminar which exposes high school students and their parents to multiple design disciplines. Aisha is passionate about encouraging and assisting in the development of the next generation of leaders and collaborative creative problem solvers. Future Prep 101(TM) is a two-time recipient of the BSA Foundation grant.
