About the Author

Gary P. Goerk Sr. is a Board Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach and founder of Midlife Plus Christian Life Coaching. He is an Ordained Independent Christian Minister of Pastoral Care. He is certified as a Community Chaplain. He holds a Master in Divinity, a Masters of Christian Counseling, and degrees in philosophy, psychology, journalism/communications. He is certified in spiritual formation and grief counseling. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, the National Association of Christian Ministers, and the Association of Biblical Counselors. He works as a volunteer coordinator and spiritual care coordinator in hospice at a major senior health care system. He and Margaret live in Valencia, PA. Between them they have five children and seven grandchildren. He enjoys writing, swimming, ballroom dancing, travel, and golf.
