Grandmaster Chian Ho Yin’s (1903-1988) life’s accomplishments include obtaining mastery in kung fu, serving as a general for the National Forces ROC, a master calligrapher and being a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. His life experiences pour over into his writings regarding kung fu and his development of openhanded and weapon practice. All original pictures are included as well as contemporary pictures that include different angles that make transitions easier to follow. Just under 300 pages, and with more then 200 photos, this is a great resource for the traditional Kung Fu enthusiast.
