This social malady impedes progress for equal-opportunity and for overcoming personal prejudice, and thus covert-racism. Unity Initiative combines the personal-responsibility and self-reflection principles of 12-step organizations with the Civil Rights Movement’s principles of anti-racism, justice, and direct-action to create a united fellowship. All who wish to develop an environment of respect and harmony to promote racial-social-diversity, and break down walls of social-segregation are encouraged to join in this movement.
