Thank you so much for your interest in Prince of Lions, the first in my Prince of Lions series taking place in the fictional Kingdom of Bain. The Prince of Lions series is not for the faint of heart! I write both traditional romance and what I like to call "romantic adventures," and Prince of Lions is certainly an adventure! I mainly write in the Medieval period, and I try to story weave with authenticity. Medieval Europe, especially England and Scotland, fascinates me, from the romanticized codes of chivalry and elaborate architecture, to the grotesque aspects of reality. Life was harsh, society was stratified much differently than it is now, and I do my best to examine the time period in its historical context and create stories that are true to life (although I can't resist creating heroines who buck the system or defy cultural norms). I hope you enjoy my first full-length novel and that I win you over as a fan. Make sure to read continue with the sequel, Son of Ballymead!
