Randy L. McWilson is a science fiction fan and fantasy writer from the very heart of the Heartland of America. A California native, he was transplanted to the Midwest in 1980. McWilson graduated from Southeast Missouri State University, receiving a B.A. Degree in Media in 1991. Over the last decade, he has written across a variety of genres, including feature-length screenplays for a Romantic Comedy, Police Thriller, Action Thriller, and even a Drama-Thriller Television series.
His latest works are The Dragon Offering, The Dragon Wrath, and The Dragon Relics, Book One, Two, and Three of a four-part fantasy series centered around a group of special youth known as the Dunamai, whose actions involving the arrival of the Seventh Dragon will change the course and future of the Five Kingdoms. McWilson has also penned the popular Back to Normal quadrilogy. These titles are Book One: Paradigm Rift, Book Two: Tradecraft, Book Three: Proximity, and Book Four: Crossover. This series revolves around a motley crew of involuntary time-jumpers that find themselves mysteriously transported back to post-World War II America, and follows their desperate struggle to find a way back home before the CIA and a KGB assassin can find them.
McWilson resides in Jackson, Missouri with his wife, Amanda, 3 children, 5 cats, and his lovable puppy who weighs in just shy of 115 pounds.
