SRSG and Associates LLC Scott R. Sturzl, CPSM, CPSD, C.P.M., A.P.P., is the principal of SRSG and Associates LLC. He was a vice president at the Institute for Supply Management® for 27 years. Prior to ISM® he spent 15 years as a line purchasing manager with responsibilities across five western states in the telecommunications industry. While at ISM® he lead and managed content development for ISM®’s international conferences, public seminars, web-based courses, senior management events and, was the point person for ISM®’s various certification programs. He is a contributing editor to the 2014 ISM® CPSM® Study Guide, 2nd edition. He oversaw and managed content updates to the ISM® Professional Series (2014) and to two editions of the Glossary of Key Supply Management Terms. He has twenty plus years of experience as contributor and liaison to the practitioner-led ISM® Ethical Standards Committee, ISM® Committee on Sustainability and Social Responsibility, ISM® Diversity Committee, and the Center for Strategic Supply Leadership (CSSL). Sturzl is a contributing author to the Buying Legal: Procurement Insights and Practice (2012), and the Professional Practices in Association Management, 2nd Edition, (2007), among others.
