Synopsis

Spring Senses encapsulates what it means to experience Spring. The five senses come alive with sight, sound, texture, scent, and taste experiences of Springtime. Butterfly wings, sheepskin, duckling fluff, rose petals, sweet berries, and chirping crickets are just some of the seasonal delights that are explored through the senses. Spring Senses provides a multitude of ways to expand and enhance language and literacy as well as science through learning about our senses. Children will love the bright colorful photographs and teachers and parents will love the comprehensive guides to promote learning. “Literacy Links” and “Learning Extensions” (divided by each sense) are provided as a resource in the back of the book which offer many ways to engage children in this favorite study topic using multiple learning domains. Children will love the bright colorful photographs and teachers and parents will love the comprehensive guides to promote learning. Spring Senses is part of the Me Complete! Early Learning Program, Volume 2, Unit 2 “Spring” set. It may also be used independently. The complete curricular set may be purchased at earlylearning.today
