For over twenty years, Shirley’s call has been to help individuals and churches figure out God’s call, discover how they are gifted, see where and how they are motivated, and assist them in linking all of that to every aspect of their lives. Her heart’s desire is to connect people and organizations with the resources and encouragement they need to be their best. This has looked like everything from coaching and teaching to consulting and leadership development of law enforcement, pastors and non-profit executives and staff. She is currently on staff as Director of EquipConnectServe Ministries at First Pres Church in Boulder, Colorado, in addition to working as a life and leadership coach, facilitator, and consultant.
